It's on the fine line between being sexist and funny. A capitalist way of seeing relationships. In Turkey there is another version of this story which is a bit more emotional (about the garden full of roses, you enter the garden, you should pick one rose, but you cannot turn back to the one you have seen before etc etc... Outline is quite the same with this wife-husband shop story).
